Returns
For standard, non-personalised items purchased online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. Once you have notified me that you wish to return your order, you then have a further 14 days to send the item back.
Items must be returned unused, unworn and in their original condition. Please take reasonable care of your bag while it is in your possession.
Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item. I recommend using a tracked postal service, as I cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Custom & Personalised Orders
Bags that have been made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised cannot normally be returned simply because you have changed your mind.
This includes pieces created specifically for you with personalised details or a bespoke combination that makes the item unique to your requirements.
This does not affect your rights if your item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and checked, your refund will be processed using your original payment method.
For eligible cancellations, refunds will include the price paid for the item and the standard outbound delivery charge where required by UK consumer law. If you chose a more expensive delivery option, the additional delivery cost may not be refundable.
Refunds will be issued within the legally required timeframe.
Faulty or Damaged Items
I take great care when creating and packaging every BonBonAmor bag. However, if your order arrives damaged, is faulty or is not what you ordered, please contact me as soon as possible with your order details and photographs where appropriate so I can put things right.
Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected by this policy.
How to Request a Return

Processing Times
As many BonBonAmor pieces are handmade or made to order, processing times may vary. An estimated making and dispatch time will be shown on the relevant product page or confirmed when placing a custom order.
Ready-made items will normally be dispatched within 5 working days, while made-to-order and customised pieces may take approximately 2-3 weeks.
UK Delivery
UK orders are sent using Royal Mail. Delivery costs and available delivery options will be displayed at checkout.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation and tracking information where applicable.
Delays
Occasionally, postal or courier delays can happen outside of my control. If your order appears to be significantly delayed, please get in touch and I will do everything I can to help.
Incorrect Delivery Details

International delivery may be available to selected destinations. Delivery times and charges will be shown at checkout. Customers may be responsible for applicable import duties, taxes or customs charges.

Orders

Handmade & Made-to-Order Products
Some BonBonAmor products are handmade to order and therefore require additional time before dispatch. Estimated production times will be provided on the relevant product page or when discussing a bespoke order.

Once the details of a bespoke order have been agreed, please check them carefully. Products made to your specifications or clearly personalised may be exempt from the usual change-of-mind cancellation rights.
